Better Yearbook Personalized Back Cover program allows the parents to create their
own personalized yearbook back cover for their child at NO COST.

Requirements for eligibility:
Your school must have signed up for the service - Check to see if your school is participating and their guidelines. LIST >>
You must purchase a copy of the yearbook for the child you are personalizing the back cover for.
One personalized back cover for one child only

Step 1.	How to Personalize - View a Video Clip or read Written Directions
Step 2.	Get started with personalization >> Start Now - requires Adobe Flash Player version 10.0 or up (Download the current version) - The work in process cannot be saved for later. Have all your images and message ready before you start.
Step 3.	When finished with personalization, upload the file to our server. (Max file size 20 mb)


Before you upload the saved file, please check the following to prevent your file from being rejected. 1. The file name is in the correct format. (eg. schoolname_gradelevel_roomnumber_lastname_firstname_email address.jpg) 2. The student information (name, grade level, and room number) on the bottom of the back cover is complete. 3. The personalization is only for one child. Click on the Browse button below to select the saved file. After you click on the Upload button, please wait until the next screen appears.
.	IMPORTANT! After we review your uploaded file, and we will send you a confirmation email for your record. If you do not receive a confirmation email from us within a week, please contact us. Better Yearbook is NOT responsible for any personalized back covers that have not been reviewed and confirmed by its staff.
